Refund & Return Policy

At Samtendo, we sell refurbished, restored, and/or customized retro gaming products. Because many items are pre-owned, each product may have normal cosmetic wear such as light scratches, scuffs, marks, or minor screen aging unless stated otherwise. Product photos are for reference. The item you will receive will be very similar.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

To request a return, contact us at hello@samtendo.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Photos or videos may be required.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all included accessories, memory cards, chargers, or packaging when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

– Change of mind
– Buyer’s remorse
– Accidental damage after delivery
– Items modified, opened, tampered with, or altered after delivery
– Digital products or downloadable items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or the item arrived defective.

If the return is approved due to a defect or order issue, we may provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
