Samtendo ships refurbished, restored, and/or customized retro gaming products. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days.

Some customized, refurbished, or prepared-to-order items may take longer before shipping. If extra time is needed, we may contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries/regions shown at checkout.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Samtendo is not responsible for customs delays or import charges.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
