I ordered a very similar 3ds in red, shipping was very good as well as the packaging no shipping damage whatsoever. I had a very minor issue that was resolved with a simple update after contacting the support email in which they replied very swiftly. The listing description was accurate and the product is very easy to use right out of the box.
