Refund Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our revised return and refund policy below:
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return for a damaged item, contact us at contact@samtendo.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for damaged items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exclusions: Refunds are not accepted for reasons other than damage. We do not offer returns or refunds for sale items or gift cards.
Cancelling: Your order CAN NOT be cancelled once it has been processed. This is due to payment provides taking a % as a fee and this fee does is not returned to us upon refunds. Please make sure that you want to buy the item beforehand. Under no circumstance will your order be cancelled. There will be legal consequences under chargebacks regarding this matter.
